Should my practice be an S-corp?

Often — once your profit comfortably exceeds a reasonable salary, an S-election can cut self-employment tax. The catch is a defensible owner salary. We run the numbers before you elect, so it actually saves money and holds up under scrutiny.

What can a practice actually deduct?

Home office, CEUs and licensure, malpractice and liability insurance, EHR and scheduling software, mileage, and more — when it’s documented. We build a therapy-specific chart of accounts that captures it automatically.

Bookkeeper, tax preparer, or CPA — what do I need?

Most owners end up paying for all three and still tie it together themselves. An MSO is one team that does the books, the tax strategy, and the CFO thinking — so nothing falls through the cracks.

How should I pay myself from an S-corp or PC?

When should I outsource my back office?
