Book your free practice assessment

A working session, not a pitch. We look at your books, entity structure and tax posture, tell you what we would change, and you keep the findings whether or not you engage us.

OfficePleasanton, California — we serve practices nationwide and work fully remote

You will speak with a CPA, never a call center. Anything you share stays between us; we sign a Business Associate Agreement before we touch practice data.

What happens next

1. We review your note and reach out within one business day.

2. A 30-minute assessment call to understand your practice.

3. A clear, flat-fee proposal — no obligation.

Serving practices nationwide

Fully remote, secure onboarding — wherever your clinic is.

No mystery

What happens after you press send

The most common reason people do not fill in a form is not knowing what it sets off. So here it is.

  1. 01
Within one business dayA CPA replies to you directly — not an assistant, not an autoresponder sequence. If we are not the right fit we will say so in that first reply.
  2. 02
Before the callWe send a short list of what would make the session useful: view-only access if you are comfortable, or just your last financial statements if you are not.
  3. 03
The session, sixty minutesWe walk your books, entity and tax posture live, on a call. You will hear specifics, not a capabilities deck.
  4. 04
AfterA written summary of what we found and what we would do about it. It is yours to keep, act on yourself, or hand to your current accountant.

We do not add you to a drip campaign, sell your details, or call you repeatedly. One reply, one session, and then it is your move.

The agenda

What we actually look at

Sixty minutes, four areas, and a written answer at the end.

Your booksWhether they are current, whether they are on the right basis, and whether the numbers would survive a lender or a buyer looking at them.
Your entity and compWhether the structure still fits the practice, and whether owner compensation is set in a defensible range.
Your tax postureWhat is being left on the table, and which decisions have a deadline attached rather than being available all year.
Your operating numbersMargin, clinician cost, days in AR and cash position, against the ranges we see in your specialty.
What it is notThere is no slide deck, no proposal presented on the call, and no obligation at the end. If your current setup is working we will tell you, and if you are better served by a bookkeeper than by us we will tell you that too.
No rush

If you are not ready to talk

Perfectly reasonable. These are the three things most owners read before they get in touch.
